Description

This apartment is extremely spacious with its six bedrooms and three bathrooms. You will find one bedroom with a double and a single bed, two rooms with a double bed each, one bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with three single beds. One of the double bedrooms is linked by a glass door to one of the rooms with two single beds, and they have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The living room invites the whole group to relax together on the two sofas and in front of the flat screen TV with a Sky subscription. The roomy kitchen is equipped with all traditional domestic appliances, such as an oven and a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and an espresso maker (moka), as well as everything else you need to get to work and prepare a real Roman dinner.

Our holiday apartment is completed by two additional bathrooms with showers and a small balcony.

The autonomous heating system and the ceiling fans in all rooms contribute to a comfortable experience for our guests. The windows facing the street are double-paned and perfectly soundproof.

This apartment has a real antique fascination with wooden beams on the ceiling and high-quality teak flooring, furnished with a great attention to detail.

This apartment offers an unlimited free Wi-Fi connection.

Upon your arrival we will ask for security deposit of 300 Euros which will be reimbursed to you at the end of your stay save damage caused to the apartment during your stay....

1) IF YOU ARE ARRIVING AT FIUMICINO "LEONARDO DA VINCI" ROME AIRPORT

a) book a Private Taxi by The Key to Italy (Recommended): We organize car pick-ups service at the Airport at a fixed flat rate of:

- €60 for 2 people.

- €75 for 3-4 people.

- €90 for 5-6 people.

- €100 for 7-8 people.

Our drivers, well dressed and always on time, will be waiting for you outside (after luggage claim) holding a sign with your name on it. The driver will check if the flight is on time, inform us when you have landed and take you straight to the apartment...a 30-35 minute trip without any line and waiting time. If you are interested just send an email to info@thekeytoitaly.com and we will organize everything for you or just mention it when submitting your arrival information at the link provided in the previous "Arrival Info" section.

b) use Public Transportation:

Take the "Leonardo Express" train to Rome. No stops, departing every 30 minutes from 6:30 to 23:30. It takes 30 min to reach Termini station and it costs 14€/person.

Once arrived at Termini station, take the 64 bus towards S. Pietro (St. Peter’s church)

get down after 9 stops at Corso Vittorio/Sant’Andrea della Valle bus stop.

Take Via dei Baullari up to n. 4 (use a Map or ask for directions)

c) take a regular Taxi

After claiming your luggage, just outside on the street, there is a taxi stand. A ride to the center will cost you about 50-55€. Taxis don't generally accept credit cards and are usually for up to 3 people. Never accept to go with private taxi drivers coming to you to offer their services. Only use regular taxis departing from taxi stands.

2) IF YOU ARE ARRIVING AT TERMINI TRAIN STATION AND PLAN TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

once arrived at Termini station take the 64 bus towards S. Pietro (St. Peter’s church)
