Our bright and large Levante apartment is located on the 1st floor of an historic building. It is an ideal accommodation for three couples or a group of four people. You will be in a walking distance to the most visited sites in centre of the city. It will save you much time in experiencing Venice.
You are welcomed in Levante apartment by a small hallway entrance which leads to the main part of the flat. To the left is the living room area where is a comfy large sofa and a screen flat television.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It houses a pull out table, a kitchen sink, an electric oven, a microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, a coffee moke, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls and pots.
Going ahead are the two bedrooms, both having very comfortable double beds. Both the sleeping rooms are highly welcoming as you can see from the pictures.
The first one feature two night-stands, two armchairs, a wardrobe, original Murano glasses and a television while the second is provided with two night-stands, a chair and a wardrobe. The two bedrooms have two windows each.
Adjacent to these rooms are the fully modern equipped bathrooms, one of which features a stand up shower. The kitchen is at the end of the corridor with all the amenities a kitchen should have to make delicious meals.
The San Marco square is bordered by historic buildings and is the main point of Venice's water transport system. It houses the most famous church of Venice and a clock tower. Sitting in an outdoor caffès and enjoying the outbreathing ambiance will make you realize that this is the fairest place of all the city.
My husband and my children loved everything about the Levante. Located in a comfy neighborhood we could not have asked for anything more. Being there at the beginning of September meant good weather without the huge summer crowds. Bathroom, kitchen and beds were clean and adequate. After a day of touring in Venice it was delightful to get back to the apartment! We heartily recommend the Levante which was stylish, extremely clean, well appointed and with very comfortable beds
Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers had a great time in Venice mostly because we had a great place to stay. It was clean, well equipped and had a great charm.This apartment was close enough to walk to the main sites, near several grocery stores, good restaurants and best attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe at all times. We fell in love with Venice and its general atmosphere which is unmatchable. We would definitely stay there again.
We stayed at Levante in September 2010 and we had a wonderful experience. We only stayed for two nights and we certainly wish we could have stayed longer in Venice. Our train was running late upon arrival causing us to miss our pre-booked tour. The apartment was in a less congested area of Venice and that made it nice and quiet, which my husband and I really enjoyed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and plan to go back one day to Venice and we would love to stay here again. Thanks the Key for making our stay so wonderful!!!
Just like visiting your grandmother's flat in Venice. Comfy and inviting with a GREAT location, just a few minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. The heat worked wonderfully - and we needed it! The rooms were large and accommodated our whole family with privacy. The kitchen was small but well equipped. We had a great time cooking breakfasts and dinners with food from the nearby grocery store. I would definitely take my family there again!
