The enchanting and classy Sangredo Apartment measures 100 sqm. and is located in the Rialto area, one of the most prestigious districts of Venice. The apartment is located on the second floor and has recently been restored. The accomodation has wooden and marble floors and wooden-beam ceilings. All around are high standard furnishings. The heating is indipendent and the air-conditioning is available in all the rooms.
The welcoming living room is sunny and large as there are six windows and provided with table and chairs to let our guests have their meals in total comfort. A large sofa, two armchairs, wardrobe, a writing-desk, a satellite television complete the space. The windows look over the adjacent campo.
The cooking area is equipped with all the necessary basics such as dishwasher, burners, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee moke, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls and pots.
The first bright double bedroom is furnished with windows, a double bed (not twins), two night-stands, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second elegant double bedroom houses two night-stands, a double bed (not twins), a wardrobe and a window.
The clean and well-mantained marble bathroom features a shower, bidet, WC, basin and a window.
Rialto Market is a popular gathering place for tourists, it is an amazing attraction that has been drawn visitors since from the past ages. Along the Rialto Bridge and the surrounding areas are a wide range of markets, stores, and gift shops, selling everything from seafood and produce, souvenirs, and clothing.
The Rialto district is the most fascinating area of Venice as the atmosphere is magical. When you visit Venice, you should decide to stay at our Sangredo, you will be surrounded by a unique ambiance.
Family of 4 with two little girls (12 and 14 y.o) visiting Venice for the first time. This apartment and Rialto area fully met our expectations. Local markets, craftsmen, restaurants, etc. It has been a memorable vacation! The apartment was clean and in good order, the girls' room was perfect for them. We enjoyed the place, it was bright and spacious.
My sister and I were in Venice for just two days and we were sad that we could not stay longer because the apartment Sangredo is so delightful !!!! The staff of The key to Italy was amazing, professional and friendly. They take personal pride in making sure you are taken care of. We got a great service from Giovanni. We spent a very pleasant 6 nights at the sangredo with our 14-year old daughter. We were in Venice for New Years Eve. Our room was a decent size and the whole apt. fit the three of us comfortably. Lounge room and bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The unit is very close to the Rialto bridge therefore easy to get anywhere you want. As it is not the San Marcos area, Sangredo is relatively quiet. The apartment was warm, which was a great relief from the bitter chill outside. Despite the weather a great trip... and a really good accomodation!
My husband and my son traveled Italy over a week and this was our last stop and it was definitely a fanastic choice, especially as we were starting to get exhausted by all the siteseeing and walking. We stayed 4 nights booked through The Key to Italy. The location allows for leisurely walks to Rialto & San Marco, accessible by water taxi too, if needed. We spent very little time in our flat as there is so much to explore. We are staying in a four star hotel in Rome right now and it sucks compared to the comforts of Sangredo. Would definitely stay here again.
