The Palace where our apartment lies is located 100 meters from the Frari Church, right in the heart of Venice. Built in 1580 for the noble Venetian Pavanato family, it was fully restored by the famous international architect Ugo Camerini just two years ago.
The apartment is furnished with all the comforts such as air conditioning, satellite television and wi fi. Our clients will have a laundry area equipped with washing machine and dryer at their disposal.
The Rialto 5 is fully furnished with modern features and paintings with the windows allowing plenty of light. The very large living room has a comfortable sofa bed and the separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms are available to meet all of your requirements. The added comforts are a 32 inch LCD television, satellite television, free wi fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, hair dryer, toaster and a crib for children.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. It is highly recommended for a large group of people coming to visit our beautiful city.
The Rialto 5 is located proximate to the Frari Church, which is one of the most famous churches of Venice and the second largest in the city.
You can reach Rialto in just five minutes and the Rialto bridge can be reached along the Ruga Vecchia, a wide street that provides you with the most popular and typical shops in the city.
Highly recommended is going through San Toma by gondola, near the Grand Canal. This way you will be able to reach the magnificent St. Mark's Square in a very short time.
