Our two bedroom Festival apartment is located in one of the most famous areas in Venice, Rialto Bridge. Only steps away from Rialto Bridge and from the most visited sites. Spacious and very clean, it is perfect for two couples or a family of four.
The large living and dining room area, where two windows bright up the space, has a sofa, an eating table and a television. Here the wooden beam ceiling will give you a special feeling. The separate well equipped kitchen is provided with oven, refrigerator and freezer.
Regarding the two bedrooms, one is a master bedroom with a double bed while the other has two twins beds. Every bedroom is well lit up, both having windows.
The full equipped bathroom is down the hall with a spacious stand up shower. The enitre apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
Rialto is an area rich in monumental buildings, elegant houses and craftsmen’s workshops, inhabited mainly by Venetian residents, just like one thousand years ago. Here people’s faces, habits and ways of speaking have remained unchanged, making Rialto the best place to get to know the real Venice.
We spent a very pleasant 6 nights at the Festival with our 14-year old daughter. We were in Venice for New Years Eve. Our room was a decent size and the whole apt. fit the three of us comfortably. Lounge room and bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The unit is very close to the Rialto bridge therefore easy to get anywhere you want. As it is not the San Marcos area, Festival is relatively quiet. The apartment was warm, which was a great relief from the bitter chill outside. Despite the weather a great trip... and a really good accomodation!
Family of 4 with two little girls (12 and 14 y.o) visiting Venice for the first time. This apartment and Rialto area fully met our expectations. Local markets, craftsmen, restaurants, etc. It has been a memorable vacation! The apartment was clean and in good order, the girls' room was perfect for them. We enjoyed the place, it was bright and spacious.
My sister and I were in Venice for just two days and we were sad that we could not stay longer because the apartment Foscari so delightful.The staff of The key to Italy was amazing, professional and friendly. They take personal pride in making sure you are taken care of. We got a great service from Giovanni. My husband and my son traveled Italy over a week and this was our last stop and it was definitely a fanastic choice, especially when we were starting to get exhausted by all the siteseeing and walking. We stayed 4 nights booked through The Key to Italy. The location allows for leisurely walk to Rialto & San Marco, yet accessible to water taxi, if needed. We spent very little time in our flat as there is so much to explore. We are staying in a four star hotel in Rome right now and it sucks compared to the comforts of Festival. Would definitely stay here again.
