Everything was clean and ready. Plenty of room for our party of four. The queen beds were comfortable with fresh linens and blankets provided. Campo San Polo is close by where our three-year old could kick his ball around with other kids and mom and dad could get a beer. Rialto markets were an easy walk and the vaporetto stop was nearby. We really enjoyed Venice and this apartment.

We found the Dandolo being very well-appointed and quiet. The neighborhood is conveniently located, a short walking distance to Rialto and St. Mary of the Friar's Church, but the flat is tucked just off a main street so it is quite private and silent. I would recommend the apartment to anyone that doesn't need a luxury flat but is looking for a secure, quiet, clean, well maintained accomodation. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure which is not always a given in Venice. The location is great and very close to Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari which is one of the church I really like.

The Key to Italy worked out well. They were very responsive to questions (and we booked a Rome apartment with them as well). We were emailed detailed instructions on how to get the keys, and everything was easy to follow. Kitchen had a wide range, and we used the cook-top and oven. French press and moka pot, but no toaster. Pots and pans were fine, but no cheese grater. I would stay again. It is not that close to St. Marks, but in a central location in San Polo. Convenient to almost everywhere, including walking to the train station. Cheers, Kelly

Apartment was in a small street off of a small campo, but seemingly on the "pathway" to the Rialto. Dandolo was fairly modern, updated, with a small but usable kitchen. Both bedrooms were good size with windows on the campo. Close to the San Silvestro vaporetto stop. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the location of Dandolo. A coop market, a caffe, couple restaurants and a ATM right in the campo outside the apartment. Five minute walk to Rialto markets and bridge. The caffe right downstairs from the apartment was fine for coffee and pastries. The Dandolo apartment was very clean and well-maintained and the agents were helpful in arranging all the details of our trip. Other friends in our traveling party stayed in an hotel and were very jealous when they saw the lovely place we were staying... Thanks to everyone for making us feel welcome in Venice!

We've spent 4 nights in this accommodation and it has proved by far the best vacation rental we rented in over 3 years.

Comfortable, clean, bright and excellent location were the things we enjoyed the most. We liked both the area toward Rialto but even better the area of San Polo Frari which was really close-by and which we didn't know yet (this was our 3rd visit to Venice) with lots of cafes and restaurants and beautiful local markets.

Staff was friendly and helpful, on our arrival at the office they gave us directions and advises.
