This prestigious and vey elegnat apartment lies on the first floor (second floor for USA), overlooking the Grand Canal and is located in a central palace very close to the Rialto Bridge, the most attractive area of Venice along with San Marco.
The apartment is about 110 meters square. It has been fully restored and feature some amazing original paintings on the ceilings.

A very large and attractive living-room has two sofas, three windows directly overlooking the Grand Canal (180 degrees). The view is wonderful and you will be amazed to see the landscape surrounding the house.
The living room is decorated with a really accurate taste as you can see from our pictures. A separated comfortable dining room is at your hand to have a superb Italian dinner.
The lovely bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a sitting corner, and three further windows which faces on the Grand Canal to offer you a out-breathing view. It features a wardrobe and a modern private bathroom with both shower and tube.
The other bedroom is provided with two single beds (which can put together for a double) a spacious wardrobe to store your belongings and a window. Also this bedroom has a service bathroom .
The fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished with all of the modern appliances, comes complete with microwaves oven, burners, refrigerator, fridge.
Thanks to its central location and its proximity to the Rialto market, you can cook your own meals having some comfortable rest between your tours around the city.
The apartment is only a few minutes from the characteristic fish and vegetable markets. The area is one of the best in Venice with its pretty and nice shops and restaurants.

The Gritti is a wonderful apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.The living room has two sofas (one is a sleeping sofa), two tables and lots of chairs to eating. Views here are on the Grand Canal as in the main bedroom. There is also a large separate dining room with a big dining table. This is the room you enter from the front door. Views here are on a Venetian alley. The master bathroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a good shower. The second bathroom isclose to the dining room and includes a bathtub with no shower. The location is fantastic. It stands on the Grand Canal and is only one minute walking from the vaporetto stop making it easy getting around Venice. Grazie!!!
I think you should take the Gritti, it's a knock out and you will obviously love it. I've been looking at many Venetian apts and in my opinion this is by far the best . I think the view from the Gritti is worth your money. You won't have any other view like that in your lifetime.Gritti is in San Polo one of MY favorite area in Venice... moreover you will be near the Rialto market! A lovely place to stay!
