The Guariento apartment is a very cute apartment. High wooden beam ceilings are throughout the whole accomodation.
The nicely decorated living room has a large window overlooking the lovely external private patio, a sofa-bed for two people and two comfy armchairs. A very welcoming ambiance.
Every detail has been thought to give to the apartment a modern and warmy look. The large fully equipped kitchen is in the next room and is provided with stove, toaster and refrigerator with freezer. It has all you may need to cook a tasty dish.
The bathroom is a brand new one and has been recently renovated to add an even more stylish look. Here is a stand up shower.
Up the stairs is the well keeped and comfortable master bedroom for two people in a loft like space and overlooking the living room below.
Air conditioning is available in the apartment to let you enjoy some refreshing on summer days.

Close to our Guariento is “Harry's Dolce” restaurant which features a terrace table from where you can enjoy fine views of the city while enjoying some of finest cuisine in Venice.
Our accomodation is located in the Giudecca Island facing the beautiful shore of the Zattere and only 6 minutes far from Saint Mark's Square by public boat.
This flat offers the opportunity to discover both Venice and the Giudecca Island, one of the most original places you can find in Venice. Here, you will be able to have a realxing and quiet stay enjoying the pleasurable atmosphere of this place.
From here you can easily reach every part of Venice as there are landing-stages for public boats (called "vaporetto" in Venice) a few minutes from the apartment. The public boat service is available during nights as well.
Do not miss the Zitelle Church. It has been said that Andrea Palladio, one of the most famous Italian architects, was involved into the first project. We highly believe this is one of the most outbreathing churches in Venice. Just give a look and you will realize that we say right.
This was our third time in Venice and with time we have learned to love every corner of this amazing city! We have stayed in Rialto and San Marco before, but now we appreciate the unique and magic atmosphere of Giudecca the most. We think we really grasped the soul of the city in the little markets of the area. People are more authentic and open to talk and share tips. This apartment worked great for us, comfortable and clean, it was alll we were looking for in our favourite area. Definitely a place where we'll stay again.
