The bright living/dining room is decorated with taste, a table for eating and two safas are here. The two large windows allow a stunning view on the Venetian neighborhood. The satellite tv let you have some relax after the sightseeing.
The very comfortable double-bedroom features two windows facing the canal going by and a closet to store your belongings. The other bedroom has two single-twin beds and an extra bed for the fifth person (pull out bed).
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, freezer and refrigerator. The fully equipped bathroom with a stand up shower is down the hall.
We loved this apartment with its large rooms, big kitchen and comfortable furniture. But best of all was the location on the Campo. We were in a relatively quiet neighborhood, away from the noisy tourist locations, where we mingled with the local population. The Campo felt like our own relaxing piazza with the wonderful cafe right there a few steps from our door and the easily accessible market just around corner. It was a perfect spot to hang out, relax and people watch!
Caresini is charming and finely decorated with a esay location-5 min walk to St Mark's Square, just a few feet away from valporetto stop, very quiet and safe at night. Claenliness was good and The key to italy staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. I doubt you could get a better value apartment. Would I stay again? without any doubts. Rooms lovely as is the bathroom. Excellent experience!!
Just returned from 2 day break in the breathtaking Venice and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caresini. It is a hidden gem away from the hustle, bustle and noise of Grand Canal but near to St Marks Square which is a must! The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom lovely. I have already highly recommended this apartment to many of my friends and if I ever return to Venice this will be where I will be staying!
I have spent two nights at this apartment in Venice, and I would doubtlessly recommend it. Location is very convenient as it is close enough to piazza San Marco so you can quickly reach it on foot, and distant enough from it so the surroundings are not too crowded. The beds in the apaertment were extremely comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated. The bathroom was perfect. The peace and quiet of the Caresini in Castello was definitely lovely.
I took my husband to the Caresini for his 40th birthday and we were not disappointed. Everything was perfect, the location, the views, the Key to Italy agency. The distance from St Mark's provided a nice stroll and unforgettable evenings. We are planning to go back there when our son is old enough to appreciate Venice and when we do we will stay at the Caresini again.
We liked the location, it was quiet, yet still close enough to walk everywhere.The owner should add some hanging space for clothes be accessible. There was a large closet but no way to get up to it. Rather strange. Apartment is clean and in good location. Quiet building. We loved the small restaurant and cafe right outside the door. Beware of mosquitoes if you leave the windows open at night.
