Our Biennale I is a 75 meters square apartment. Very charming, sunny, with a nice view. Located in the historical centre on third floor, no elevator, just completely restored.
Our Biennale I has wooden-beam ceiling, wooden floor and tiled floor all throughout the accomodation, which is provided also with double glazed windows and comfy beds with wooden net and latex mattresses.
The apartment can offer air-conditioning, independent heating and a stunning view from the private terrace. You will be grateful to us for the comforts you will find here in this amazing apartment.
When entering the apartment you are in a bright and large living room with a table and chairs where just take some relax, two armchairs and a cooking area with dishwasher, refrigerator and all kitchen tools you might need to prepare your own meals.
There are three elegant and comfortable bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed (or two single beds), a wardrobe and a modern private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single bunk beds and a roomy wardrobe.
At the end of the corridor is a fully equipped stylish modern bathroom with shower.
The apartment has free 24h WiFi Internet connection.

It is the ideal starting place to get to all points in the city by walking, and is very conveniently situated near the vaporetto stopds that bring you to the main museums and landmarks.
Via Garibaldi, the Gardens, the island and the Church of San Pietro and the surrounding areas are truly the most characteristic of Venice.
Here you can experience the most genuine atmosphere, among the bacari (the typical Venetian eateries) and artisan shops, an ideal place where to meet to have a cicheto, a traditional salty snack, and un'ombra, a glass of wine in Venetian dialect.
