The Pauluccio apartment is located in the Canneregio area of Venice. To many this is a calm area with many locals and tourists sharing the same wonderful atmosphere. This apartment is consisted of a living room space with a sofa-bed accommodating two people. A modern luxurious fully equipped kitchen with a table seating six people. These three windows provide you with a view of 180 degrees of Ponte Guglie and the street below “Strada Nuova”. There is one bedroom with two twin single size beds for two people built out of raw-iron. A spacious wardrobe, wooden beam ceilings and a chandelier made out of “Murano Glas”. Two windows allow plenty of natural light in. The modern bathroom is fully equipped with a large stand up shower, designed modern wash basin made out of glass and top brand name faucets. The apartment is decorated with marble floors and carefully decorated to meet all its perspectives.
The apartment is modern, very fresh and attractive.The living room and bathroom were both spacious and lovely. We enjoyed shopping in the neighborhood, preparing simple meals and eating at home. The apartment was just the right size for our family of four and comfortably furnished. Within a day, we moved in and felt at home.Major attractions are at walking distance.
