This Albinoni apartment is about 140 square meters, It consists of three floors, each being unique and offering high style.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and independent heating.
On the ground level, through a private entrance, you will walk into a hallway made of brick walls and with wooden beam ceilings already feeling the beauty of the apartment. Here is a private laundry room and a service bathroom.
Going upstairs is the gorgeous cooking area with dishwasher, kitchen sink, electric cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee moke, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls, pots, etc. The living-room has a sofa two armcharis and an antique writing desk in the corner helps in decorating the ambiance. In the next room is a double-bed bedroom for two people (french size) carefully decorated to provide a Venetian atmosphere. A beautiful and unique large bathroom with a tub and windows is down the hall.
On the second floor is a glass top round table with a double bed bedroom (french size) and skylights that allow plenty of natural sunlight into the room. Another service bathroom is down the hall.
On the last floor the Gran Finale! You will come into the large open terrace roof top where the view never seems to end. From here you can have a glimpse of life in Venice.
This apartment is perfect, carefully decorated by the owner with Venetian ornaments and pictures. Modern and antique style mix together in an ideal way. Albinoni is an excellent place where to spend your vacation.

It is just few minutes from Cà Rezzonico, the Accademia Art Gallery and from San Raffaele Church. San Basilio is the closest Vaporetto stop. Only six Vaporetto stops to San Marco.
Let me begin by saying that if you are on the fence about booking this place, spend the money and do it. I had high expectations for this apartment based on the photos and the other reviews. We were spending honeymoon in Venice and I wanted it to be special so booked the Albinoni. From the first moment we finalized our plans I knew it was going to be absolutely fine. The Albinoni was a dream, I neved experienced such a style and unique layout. Having terrace was great as we like to spend time in an outside space. Grazie Giovani
This moment in our life has remained very special even for our world-travelling family as we somehow managed to find the perfect flat. Dorsoduro-Accademia is a quiet and fascinating neighborhood with quaint cafes, restaurants, wine stores and food markets. It's the neighborhood of your dreams as you're in Venice 'cause you feel like a local. If you're looking for authenticity, stay here! Our family of four stared in absolute astonishment at the first viewing of the Albinoni. I believe the photos speak for themselves. The terrace is a wonderful spot to have breakfast before heading out or just having a drink. Having a kitchen and laundry facilities really helped out saving a little money. I am a total convert to renting an apartment now instead of staying in a hotel, and would recommend this one to any group wanting a nice place to stay in the best quarter of Venice.

This was our 3rd visit to Venice, I'm an art university professor and I have been attending a 1 week event. Albinoni proved to be a very comfortable and competitive alternative to many other hotels in town. Apartment was very clean and in good order, exactly as in the pictures.
The area of Dorsoduro is my favourite as the most important galleries are there and Galleria della Accademie is just next by. Also the area is somewhat more 'real' than the crowded touristic streets of Rialto on my opinion.
Recommended for families and groups.
This apartment surpassed all of our expectations. It was the right size for four people and the terrace space was a great added bonus. The interiors of the apartment match perfectly the listing photos, It must be said the décor is highly luxury and gives you a warmy feeling. We were hesitant about the location initally but once we arrived we found that it is the perfect location for those that want to walk around and actually explore the island and not just see Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. I am usually very picky with apartments because we had some unpleasant experiencesbut I honestly cant wait to go back to Venice and when I do I will be staying there again.
