This very inviting and appealing apartment (about 110 msq) is on two levels. It lies on the second floor of an elegant 18th century building without elevator.
On the lower level is the warmy living room furnished with a double sofa bed and modern furniture. Here is the kitchenette fully equipped with electric stove, oven, fridge and pots. This room is decorated with careful taste as you can see from our pictures. The wooden beam ceiling and the parquet are a must.
On the upper level are the two bedrooms. The master bedroomis unique and has a king-size bed while the second bedroom features twin beds. Both the bedrooms are very welcoming.
The bathroom is fully equipped and has a bath-tub with an hand-held shower. The apartment is very bright and provided with Satellite TV and air-conditioning.
The location of the apartment is a strategic one. From here you will have two among the most beautiful places of Rome at your reach. The splendid Trevi's Fountain and the impressive Spanish steps square.

Everything proceeded like clockwork for the check in; Hassan was extremely helpful. Quiet street with lovely church bells. Very clean, very cool without aC but didn't need it. Great atmosphere with the age of the building and the updates to the interior. Wi Fi would be a great addition.
The rental was as described in the review. The only downside was you had to climb 2 flights of stairs( we had a few heavy bags.) Once inside the apartment was very clean, beds comfortable, location quite, plenty of room for our family of 5. The location was brilliant. around the corner from the Trevi fountain, 1/2-3/4 hour walk to Colosseum, close to Spanish Steps and to the train and bus depot. We were met at the apartment and shown everything, we had a car organised to pick us up from the airport( through Key to Italy) and that was worth the trip. We caught a regular taxi for our trip to the main station with all our bags when we left. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Rome...we did throw coins in the fountain..so maybe...
Super location, two minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. I found the place very roomy which is important to me.The pillows were massively comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to be in a lovely, central location. Marco was very helpful with recommendations. You cannot beat this apartment for location and the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood.
We are a family of four with 2 teenage daughters. We stayed at this apartment for a week after Christmas. We loved the apartment and found it to be exactly as described in the listing. It was stocked with the essentials and the location couldn't have been better. There was plenty of heat and hot water and the beds were comfortable. This apartment is located near many major attractions and is steps away from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. We hope to be back in a year!!
Clean and beautifully maintained. The apartment Panetteria was very cheery! My husband and I were pleasently surprised how well equiped the bathrooms were. The manager was a wealth of information and great with suggestions relating to the immediate area and farther afield. Staying at this apartment made our stay in Rome a memorable one!
My husband and I spent the first half of our honeymoon here. I have already recommended the apartment to several of my personal friends after our most pleasant stay there. Panetteria III is thoughtfully laid out and well equipped, we found it to be a lovely, private, quiet home. Marco who met us was extremely helpful .Lovely neighbourhood, only a few minutes to everything. Rome is the best city in the world! Highly recommended!!!!!!!
