Key to Italy folks were very easy to deal with. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and when we had a small problem with the plumbing it was fixed immediately. Apartment couldn't be more convenient. Great deli (Antica Caciara)and lovely trattoria (La Fraschetta) just around the corner. Supermarket in the basement of the department store next door. Forum, Bocca della Verita and other sights an easy walk. The #8 tram stops right outside the door. Great neighborhood safe at all hours. travellecd with mywife, daughter and a friend. Highly reccommend. There's an outdoor food market a short walk away and the largest flea market in Rome (Porta Portese) is 4 blocks away. From the airport just take the train to Trastevere station and catch the #8 tram outside the station door right to the apartment. Great place to stay
thanks for such a detailed feedback, for sure it will help our future guests! all the best! Giovanni
First, Bruno is very easy to work with - the entire transaction went very smoothly. This apartment could not have better situated for exploring Rome, we walked to almost every major site, and if we didn't walk, one of the primary tram stops for mulitple lines was 2 blocks away. Everything is exactly as pictured. We really liked having the washer, dishwasher, and even free internet (very handy for figuring out times, routes, and staying in touch without finding an internet cafe. Bruno even arranged a driver for pickup and return to the airport (highly recommended after an overnight flight from the US). Every kind of shopping needed was very close by. All in all, a great experience we would recommend without hesitation. Thanks, The key to italy
I had stayed in Trastevere before, but now I wish I'd know about Apartment Vial Trastevere before. The apartment itself is very well appointed with all mod-cons, and a lovely kitchen. The wi-fi was a big plus as well, as it meant I could easily stay connected to the world, even while on holiday. The immediate area aroundis also excellent - very "authentic" with loads of great restaurants, bars and shops. Giovanni pointed to us all the best places to eat, he also suggested walks around Rome, which will be a real plus for any first-time visitors. I definitely confirm the excellent level of service that comes with this apartment. I'm definitely coming back!
We stayed for 3 nights in this wonderfully spacious, immaculate and meticulously appointed apartment. The two full baths were a key feature for five people. The showers were great - plenty of hot water and pressure. The kitchen had everything you could want, and then some, including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and oven. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very spacious and pleasant. Lots of closet space. Free Wi-Fi was a real plus as well. The apartment also has air conditioning, although the cross-breeze is so nice you won't want the a/c. It's also located ideally - Trastevere is a great area to have as a home base in Rome - nice and lively.Towels and sheets were good quality. If you've spent any time in Rome, you know that the features I've described cannot be taken for granted. Supermarket is close by, as are bars for breakfast. Short walk to public transportation and taxis, and close to the heart of Trastevere's shopping and restaurant area. The price was a very good value. I HIGHLY recommend this property
The apartment is well-located, close to a tram line and to many lovely restaurants and shops. It was also very handy having a supermarket just down the street (long opening hours). The apartment was very comfortable with large space and the kitchen equipment was stainless. The service was excellent, the information given very clear with guidebooks in the apartment. We appreciated the chance of leaving our cases at the offices on the day of departure. The precious tips on the information sheet were perfect (Ivo was our favourite restaurant!) and the supermarket just down the street was excellent.
