The apartment Spanish Steps Luxury III is located in one of the most elegant buildings in the area, a recently renovated building situated next to the Gagosian gallery, the Roman branch of the famous New York art gallery.
The apartment lies just a short distance from both Barberini and Spagna underground stations (Linea A). However, you won't need to use it as you will have all the important places within walking distance.
Located on the third floor (with lift) in the centre of Rome, this large and spacious apartment overlooks an inner courtyard ensuring guests to not be annoyed by noises at night.
All the rooms are elegantly furnished and fitted with all modern comforts. The living room has two sofas, a dining table and satellite television and is decorated with fine paintings which gives the whole flat an intimate, familiar atmosphere.
Both the spacious bedrooms are provided with comfortable double beds.The clean and modern bathroom features a bathtub.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, washing machine and everything necessary to prepare nice meals at home.
The apartment can sleep up to four guests, although, if needed, a fifth person may sleep on the sofa bed in the sitting room. The Spanish Steps Luxury III comes complete with air conditioning and free WI FI Internet access.
The apartment is beautiful, modern and in a terrific location. Other than not having any English language TV the property was terrific.
We traveled with another couple and stayed at this beautiful place. What a wonderful area to stay in Rome. The market was close by, the street was safe, quite and off the beaten path We spent some of the nights in the apartment drinking and enjoying the wonderful Italian vino. Your website was a great resource with so many choices that we had troubles narrowing our choices to this one. Everything was extremely convenient including checking into the apartment. Thank you so much for making our stay in Rome so special.
Dear Giovanni, apologies for the very late reply to this e-mail. I only just found it at the bottom of my Inbox. We had a great time in the apartment Spanish Steps 3 and a great stay in Rome. The apartment was perfect and comfortably slept the five of us. I would mention how helpful you were in dealing with us. You all were very patient in waiting to return one of the keys which we had mistakenly taken back to London. Everything that 'The Key to Italy' arranged for us went very smoothly, including the airport transfer, and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Apartment Spanish Luxury III was great! We hoped for the location to be good, this was outstanding. Our six days were not enough time to enjoy all the wonderful sites the beautiful city of Rome features. The flat was well-appointed with comfortable spacious bedrooms to address the needs of 3 adults and one teenager. The manager was there to greet us on arrival and was very helpful in getting us settled in. Would not hesitate returning. Thank you to the stuff for a memorable visit! Texas (USA)
We had all the necessary basics for a wonderful vacation in Rome. The Key to italy were more than accomodating with precious suggestions on transportation and restaurants. Our home away from home was a pleasure to return to after long days of sightseeing. Many wonderful restaurants were a short walk from our apartment such as Babette in Via Margutta. It was a pleasure to have a washing machine to wash our dirty clothes since we stayed more than a week. The heating system was wonderful as we were there on winter. Our friends who visited us couldn't believe the beauty of the unit. We would be happy to return to Rome and enjoy Spanish Steps Luxury III another time
