The apartment is composed of a large well lit living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and is furnished with two sofa-beds, a dining table, a double bedroom with the bathroom featuring a shower, a second bathroom provided with a shower as well, a small sitting room furnished with a sofa-bed and connected to a large bedroom with room for two or three people on the mezzanine floor.
The apartment has independent central heating system and there are air conditioners in each room. The flat also includes a washing machine, two televisions and free WI FI Internet access.
The whole flat is finely furnished and equipped with everything necessary to ensure all the comforts for our guests. The living room open onto the larger panoramic terrace with views over the city center for your pleasure.
The apartment features two terraces. The first one one looks over the north (from here it is possible to see the architectural splendour of the church of Trinità dei Monti) while the second one looks over the south (from here it is possible to see many historic buildings including the Parliament).
The larger terrace, which can be accessed from the smaller living room, is furnished with a table and chairs in the case you would like to have breakfast here and can be shaded by a roller blind.
The apartment Spagna 1 is located on the corner between Via della Vite and Via del Corso, right in the heart of the city center and just 300 metres from the famous Spanish Steps.
It is located on the top floor of a delightful 17th century palazzo, one of the properties of the Ottoboni dynasty, a Venetian family whose members included Pope Alexander VIII (1689-1691).
As a result of its architectural value, the palazzo is a protected building and, altough it has not been possible to extend the lift to the top floor (6th floor) (where the apartment is situated) the lift stops at the third floor and there are just three flights of steps to climb.
Very nice Apartment near Tourist spots (Piazza Popolo, Spanish steps, Trevi etc). Metro station is a few steps away. The convenience of being next to metro station is unvaluable. The check in process was efficient and pain free- their staff were very helpful- Overall a great vacation and rental. The Spagna was a spacious apartment suitable for families. The location was great. Very close to great places to eat with families. Very close to beautiful park. All amenities that a family would need were available.
I stayed at the Piazza di Spagna Apartment for 6 nights with two daughters. We loved the apartment, lots of afternoon sun and great view . We were lucky as the weather was nice for the days we stayed and we could totally enjoy the wonderful terrace. We easily found the apartment. We were a little early and left our bags until the cleanings were finished. Came back and showered and then went outside for sightseeing. Many good restaurants/bars nearby and really appreciated this neighborhood. Rubina was very helpful and easy to reach. We rented bikes a few days and locked them right in front of apartment and also walked everywhere. Very well appointed place - had everything we needed. Not suitable to elders or those with disability/trouble getting around as there are some steps to do. Overall highly recommended!
Our stay was wonderful, you are central to Roma with a short walk and you are right in the centre of Roma. The apartment was lovely, very spacious, a really wonderful apartment just around the Spanish Steps. The apartment was clean, well provisioned, nicely furshied with updated furnishings. A beautful terrace for relaxing. We would stay inthis location again!!!
My wife and I came with our two young adult daughters (23 and 27), so the space and layout of the apartment was an excellent fit for our needs, with separate bedrooms/bathrooms and a spacious living room for gatherings. The location was superrb. very quiet adjacent to the Piazza di Spagna with easyaccess to the Metro. We would be happy to stay here again!
I loved the Piazza di Spagna. So tastefully furnished and comfortable, with a balcony where we could eat outside enjoying the view even though it was November. Hard to believe that the apartment which is situated on a quiet side street is just a few short steps from Spanish Steps bustling with crowds of people. It was great to return home where we felt a world away from the tourists. We also loved the restaurants in the area where we felt like family. I'm already thinking of when I can return to the Piazza di Spagna.
Nothing could have been better than our stay at the beautiful Piazza di Spanga home. It has a lovely home filled with all the comforts you could possibly require. The first terrace is a great breakfast spot. The beds are comfortable. There are two full bathrooms with up to date showers.. I could stay at the Piazza di Spagna forever!
