Our Coronari Bis Apartment is a warmy apartment in the Navona area. Our accommodation is a truly gem in a quiet location. It is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building served by a lift.
The apartment is composed of a large and welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a gracious kitchen provided with a table for four where you can cook some delicious dishes and a well mantained bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed.
The amenites of this cute flat are dishwasher, oven, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. It comes complete with linens and towels.
The location is unique, just five minutes away from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori. The flat is ideal to visit Rome just walking around. All major attractions are easily reachable.
Navona square is a perfect place to take a break. The square has several restaurants which are perfect to sit down to take a drink and to just relax and watch the life on the square.
You will be amazed by the beauty of the square. It is a unique place and nearby is the famous Campo de’ Fiori, a great spot where a fruit and vegetables market is held on mornings.
These two squares in Rome are wonderful places where you can have lunch or dinner surrounded by an enchanting atmosphere while watching the world pass by.
You are in the heart of Rome. No need to take any bus as everything is at your hand. Just go outside and enjoy the magnificent attractions Rome has to offer.
Stayed for a short break and we were delighted with the apartment. The position was excellent, being only two minutes from Navona in a quiet, safe street. The reception staff were outstanding and went out of their way to assist us. The unit was clean and well-equipped. Air conditioning worked perfectly. One word of warning - do not buy the expedia recommended hop on hop off bus ticket (run by Appian line) The company seemed to have only one bus . We waited one hour for it then after first hop off we waited an hour and a half before giving up and getting one of the buses- we had lost £30 and half a day!!
My wife and I just returned from Rome where we rented this apartment for three weeks in May. The apartment is as advertised and better than we expected. The location is ideal, in the city center yet on a relatively quiet and charming side street known for its antique shops. The apartment is on the fifth (by american reckoning) floor, but the elevator always worked. The apartment is modest but clean, neat and quiet. It has newer windows and newer air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is small while the bathroom is relatively large. At night, with the window closed, the bedroom was dead quiet. The bed in the bedroom is a standard double. I don't know how comfortable adults would be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, since we didn't try it. The furnishings are few and a bit old and worn, but adequate, and the place is decorated inexpensively but pleasantly. The apartment has an airy feel and there are nice views of rooftops and church domes through the windows. Adding to the charm is an interesting and oddly eclectic collection of books on the shelves, including american thrillers, some serious american literature, and even a copy of Journey to Ixtlan by Carlos Castaneda, all in Italian translations. This is not a large or luxury apartment but it is easily large enough for two people and, for the money, we thought it was a good deal. I can also recommend the people at Key to Italy. They were courteous, efficient and professional. In renting a vacation apartment sight unseen in a distant city, without the benefit of previous reviews, I would expect a few disappointments, but there were none. If you haven't been to Rome before, you are in for a treat. Stay as long as you can, save your energy by using the public transportation system, see everything, take day trips out of town, and go for long walks at night when the city is lit up like a huge fantasy theme park.
There were plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby therefore no need to venture far in the evening which was great as there was usually plenty of walking done during the day. For anyone thinking of booking this apartment I would say - don't think twice! I doubt you will get anything better in terms of location, cleanliness and value for money. Should we ever return to Rome - and I sincerely hope we do - this is where we will be staying
The location of the Coronari Bis Apartment could not have been better - quite literally steps away from Navona and extremely central for tour buses, restaurants and cafes. There were a few small mini markets on the street corner which were great for stocking up with wine, beers and snacks. The apartment is really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Although centrally located the street itself was quiet, therefore no noises keeping you awake at night - a good peaceful night's sleep after usually quite an exhausting day.
This is a centrally located apartment in Rome, 2 minutes to Navona and with a good selection of dining nearby. The apartment was reasonable size, with one bathroom to share and a fully equipped kitchen. You won't beat this place. It is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to bus stops. Grocery store 1 block away. The staff is very friendly and will help in any way they can. We have fully enjoyed our stay! The Coronari Bis is away from the crowds which is exactly what we wanted.
Hi, we spent almost a week in the Coronari Bis and we loved the location and the neighborhood with its quiet cobbled and breathless streets. Being right next to Navona Square was such a plus that we found we were able to walk to all the major attractions in Rome. The apartment itself was clean, airy and well lit. The bathroom is clean and functional. The Kitchen was perfect with all modern ameneties. The staff were thoughtful and friendly. After a hard day of sightseeing i loved returning to the apartment!
