Don't be fooled by the building's exterior - the apartment is lovely and we enjoyed every minute - even the unique elevator! The location is incredible - we were able to walk everywhere - from the Vatican to the Coliseum and all sights in between. We chose this apartment largely because of the terraces & were not disappointed. The view from the upper terrace is wonderful. The kitchen is small but adequate for our needs-breakfast mainly -We didn't come to Rome to eat in!! There is a small grocery store within 1 block. The second bedroom is small with 2 single beds so possibly not ideal for 2 couples. It was nice to have the second bathroom. My mother can't do stairs well but that was no problem with the elevator. The one missing component that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of air conditioning which we would have liked during the month of July. We used the company to book our transfers in from the cruise ship and also out to the airport and were equally pleased with that service. We arrived early in the day and a short phone call to the supplied number brought the agent quickly over to let us in. Email communication during the trip planning stage was prompt and efficient

The service we received when we arrived was very hospitable and efficient and we were able to get settled into the apartment quickly and comfortably. The apartments location was excellent and within walking distance to all the main tourist sites which was a must for us with young children. The apartment was exactly what we wanted with some out door space so when we were there the children could run around outside and we could enjoy the ambience of Rome from the terrace. I would highly recommend it for families or even a couple as it is spacious and has everything you need and more.

We returned home a couple of days ago and wanted to let you know how much we truly enjoyed our stay in Rome and at the Coronari - Piazza Navona - Terrace apartment. We think the decision to rent an apartment for our stay was one of the best decisions we made for our trip. The apartment was fantastic and Marco was very helpful in meeting us upon our arrival. We particularly enjoyed the terraces and the fantastic views we had from the apartment. Being in a residential area gave us a far better feeling of being part of Roman life for a few days. Was wonderful sitting on the terrace in the mornings or evenings and just listening to the sounds of the neighborhood. We would have never experienced that had we stayed in a hotel. The apartment was clean, well maintained and was a home like welcome after long days of sightseeing. It was perfect for the two of us, and would be good for a small family with one or two children. Not really suited for more than one couple, however as the second bedroom has just a twin size bed. It was great having so much within walking distance - less than 5 minutes to Piazza Navona, 10 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Vatican - and we found some great local restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and we both couldn't get enough Gelato! We took taxis to the Coliseum and St Paul's Outside the Walls, but there is a convenient taxi stand just outside of Piazza Navona. Thank you for all of your great service and making our vacation in Rome enjoyable and memorable. I have already let friends know that should they ever travel to Italy, making accommodations through Key to Italy is the best way to really enjoy their stay. The apartment was nice, quite hot, had to purchase an addition fan, but for 30 euro it was well worth it, a coffee maker would have been nice and the 2nd bedroom had a trundell bed, ok for our 2 teenagers, but would never do for 2 couples. All in all the apartment it self was quite lovely, great for getting around, great dining and neighborhood. Also very comfortable living area and the 2 decks were very relaxing at the end of the day. I definitely recommend this apartment to couples and families with young children. It was the first time for us to rent a private accommodation, Coronari is a luxury one with all modern conveniences of a home and it was like being in one of the most prestigious hotels in town but with much more space and comfort. The owner was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Master bedroom was very beautiful with rooftop view, the second bedroom a little small but ok for children. The terrace was truly amazing! Actually its not a single terrace, from a first terrace you get to an upper level (via a spiral staircase) with a breathtaking view of Rome!!If we ever come back to Rome we'll rent it again.

Me and my family have spent a week in this cozy apartment and we are very happy with our choice. The location is impressive, via dei Coronari is one of the most beautiful streets we have seen in Rome during our stay! Stylish, elegant, quiet and just behind Piazza Navona square. The neighbourhood is very lively both during the day and at night, the street is quiet though and the apartment is very quiet too. Being in a central and safe area was one of our major concerns since we have two children (8 and 10 y/old), we went out every night and never had any concern at all, lots of tourists and people walking. The apartment itself is beautiful, very well furnished and modern. Sat TV was also a big plus for us. The best part is by far the huge private terraces overlooking the roofs of Rome! The apartment is at the top floor of an ancient and elegant building. Kids were in love with it and want to come back again :) Overall a very positive experience.
