If you stay at this conveniently located apartment, you can only have good words on the location and the apartment. We recommend it without doubt to anyone wanting to enjoy our beautiful city in a nice and central location.
The neighborhood is lovely and conveniently located. The local restaurants, bars, and gelaterias are very pleasurable. The property has more than enough space and privacy to accommodate a large group.
The photos capture well the warmth and comfort of this wonderful apartment. Make your reservations here and you won't regret it. Your stay will be a fantastic one! Our Santissimi Quattro is within walking distance to most of the historical sites.
The Colosseum area is one of the oldest quarters of the city, characterized by an authentic and relaxed style of life, and the apartment is ideally located for excursions in the archaeological areas.
We were very pleased with the location and surrounding area. Your dedication to details and efficiency was magnificent and I thank you sincerely for this. We were amazed by the beauty of our apartment in Rome. It was appointed in a most lovely fashion and we all were very much at home the minute we unpacked. The neighborhood was fantastic, quite and peacefull, easily accessible with wonderful restaurants nearby. This place was a dream come true. Emaculate, beautiful, comfortable and in the perfect site. I would recommend it to anyone going to Rome. We felt very secure and we couldn't find anything at all to complain about.
I loved the Santissimi Quattro apt. because it was in a not touristy area and you had the feeling that locals lived there. Not far is the Colosseum and the ruins which are crowded and touristy so one can appreciate the difference. The neighborhood is very safe, and we felt comfortable walking around at night. The apt has two lovely bedrooms, our sleeping was undisturbed as there was no noise from the street. The Ss. 4 is spacious, quiet, and it was a welcome relief after hours walking. Marco met us and quickly showed us around and we had no trouble with keys or appliances. We loved working with The Key to italy -- they were responsive, professional, and provided lots of helpful notes for our journey. We highly recommend them!
I'm particular but have to say apartment S.Q: worked out beautifully - from the location to the spaciousness. It was so big!!! The vivid and joyful colours of the walls and the presence of windows to brighten the ambiance make the unit quite perfect. The layout worked out great.. The kids used our shower which was fine. My son takes Latin in school and has studied quite a bit of Roman history so the high point of the visit for my family was definitely the ancient ruins. For this reason we booked the Santissimi Quattro which is close to the most ancient part of the city. We used the Roma Pass to avoid lines at the Colosseum and the other sites and I definitely recommend it. We had practically no wait at all. We did not take tours but used a guidebook to navigate the sites. We also enjoyed the Vatican. Although crowded, we avoided waiting in line by going after lunch around 2:00. The museums of Rome were very a unique experience. They provides some history of the ancient Roman period.I will definitely look to using your service again when we go back to Italy - I can't wait to go back
I stayed in this apartment for a week in Mid-March with my 21-year old daughter and her best friend. We had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this apartment to all travellers. The location is fantastic--we could literally see the Colliseum from the living room and master bedroom wndows. The apartment is very large, airy, comfortable and clean. The furnishings are tasteful. The king size beds in both bedrooms are nice, with soft duvets. There was Cable TV with lots of channels in many languages, plus a DVD player. Several excellent guide books of Rome and Italy in general were among the available books. The full kitchen made a real difference. Mostly, we ate out, but it was great to be able to make coffee, eggs, and pasta quickly, and to have cereal and milk and fresh fruit on hand at all times. There are 2 grocery stores on the same street within a couple of minutes walk! Just turn right when exiting the apartment buiding and continue along the street. Both are on the right hand side, with the second one being the larger store. After staying in medium priced hotels and B&B;'s on previous visits to Rome, it was amazing to have so much space! The apartment service was super--early check-in was fine, and Hassan explained how to use all the appliances, showed me all the relevant locations on a map, and left phone numbers in case any additional help was needed during the stay. There are lots of restaurants in the area. Our favorite/default one was Luzzi's, which is quite inexpensive, lively and delicious. Always busy, and most clients are Italian, so it is not just tourists that go there. Turn left as you exit the apartment, walk to the corner, turn left again, and it is on the next corner, a 2 minute walk. The famous church of St. Clemente is within 5 minutes walk, and it is a Must See! I made arrangements through Key to Italy, and Giovanni, the representative who helped me, was very nice and responsive to all my e-mails.

We had a great experience - the apartment is well located, spacious and well appointed. The bath/shower curtain was sub-par...but who hasn't taken a shower in a trash bag in Europe?
My family stayed at this property last September and had a great time. Giovanni and Silvia dealt with our reservation in a warm and efficient way!Lots of helpful suggestions for our stay in Rome that proved to be a great plus.Apartment was clean, great location, steps away from the magnificient Coliseum. Everything as described if not better. We'll be back!
The property was clean and well-maintained. I was favorably surprised by the cleanliness of the whole flat. The atmosphere around the apartment was charming and quiet. The manager was helpful and very responsive to all our questions and requests. Thanks for helping make our Rome holiday a success!
Thank you Giovanni for such a wonderful place to stay. We all loved the apartment. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and well stocked with linens and dishes. GREAT location. A great place to stay and so much better than having two hotel rooms! Grazie Giovanni!
Excellent place for families. We have 3 children (7, 12, 14 yo) and we spent a week in this apartment. We have had a great experience! The area seemed very safe, we walked everywhere till late at night, we rarely used any public transportation. Pictures are very accurate and apartment was in good order, no surprises, bright and spacious. A large living room proved a great alternative to any hotel room! We will rent it again. Giovanni promptly handled all emails and arrangements. Lisa and Rob Mason.
