This modern-rustic restaurant opens at 7.30 pm. As whitin an hour it become full of customers our adivice is to go towards 8.00 pm to prevent queues. The wine list is wide, most of the them come from Tuscany. The pappardelle (a kind of flat pasta cut in wide strips) al sugo di lepre (with a rabbit sauce) are a speciality’s house while saltimbocca (thin slices of veal and ham rolled togheter, flavored with butter and sage) are delicious. Lunch daily is also served from 12.30 to 15.30. Remember! Get a reservation to steer clear of not finding a seat.
