Our 35 sqm  Terenzio II apartment with an addition of 20 sqm open air terrace space is on the fourth floor (no elevator) building. Up the stairs leading up to the second floor, is the A/C and master bedroom with a queen size bed Next to the bed to the right is a bathroom with the just renovated shower box, a large mirror, tiled wash basin, wc and bidet. In front of the bed mounted on the wall is the 17" flat screen tv with local channels. To the left of the bed and through the large French door window is the private terrace with a panoramic view of Rome and roof tops where the washing machine is situated. The two-level apartment restored in 2006, is located in the heart of Trastevere, Rome. As soon as you enter the flat, you will walk into the cozy living room and kitchenette area. It consists of a double-full sofa-bed that sleeps one person, a sink, a small fridge strategically hidden under the counter part of the cabinet and a stove with two electric burners. A small round ceramic table top with two chairs on the terrace can be used to eat under the Roman sky or night lights.  During those hot summer days, two lounging chairs can be used to recline under the sun and get a tan. The Terenzio I and Terenzio II are an excellent choice for groups, sleeping up to 8 people in 2 flats total with the possibility of sharing two terraces together.
