Our 22 sqm Maximus IV terrace studio apartment is located on the fourth floor building with no elevator in a very quiet street with local every day Roman activity atmosphere.   You open the ancient style wooden door and climb up a short internal stair case. It's consisted of an open living room, kitchen and sleeping area. The deouble-size bed for two people is very comfortable. Next to the bed, is a closet to store your luggage during your stay. Across from the bed is the recently remodeled bathroom with a hydro-massage stand up shower.  A small window opens into the terrace to allow sunlight in. The kitchenette is equipped with two electric burners to prepare small meals if desired and a country like style table sits up to four people. The fireplace next to it is for decoration only! A small fridge is strategically hidden under the counter as part of the cabinet. To the right is a French door that opens to the terrace. Here you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  The red couch is a double full sofa-bed, though it can be a tight fit, it can sleep one person or two children. A 20" plasma tv with satelite cable for a a little distraction is available. The floor is covered with terra-cotta bricks and high wooden beam ceilings to give you a real rustic Rome at home feel. If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Rome, this is a great accommodation!
