Our 30 sqm Maximus III studio apartment is located on the third floor building with no elevator in a very quiet street with local every day Roman activity atmosphere.  You open the ancient style wooden door and immediately walk into the open space sleeping, living room and kitchen area. Straight ahead to the right, is the spacious bathroom.  It has a bidet, wc, wash basin and a spacious tub.  It has also been recently remodeled to provide a more stylish and modern look. Its double-size bed comfortably sleeps two people. For the third person, there is a pull out single bed from underneath. The space is illuminated by the two windows (view to the street/entrance below), one on each side of the room. The kitchenette is equipped with a two electric burners to prepare small meals if desired and a table sits three people.  A small fridge is strategically hidden under the counter as part of the cabinet. A small 20" plasma tv with satelite cable for a little distraction. The floor is covered with terra-cotta bricks and wooden beam ceilings to give you a real rustic Rome at home feel.
