Our 30 sqm Maximus II studio apartment is located on the second floor building with no elevator in a very quiet street with local every day Roman activity atmosphere.  You open the ancient style wooden door and immediately step into the kitchen and living room area. A futon comfortably accommodates two people. To the far left, is a double-size bed accommodates also very comfortably two more people. The bathroom has a spacious stand up shower, bidet, wc, and a wash basin with gold plated knobs. It has been recently remodeled to provide a more stylish look. The kitchen has a window (view to the street/entrance below) which allows plenty of natural sunlight during the day. The kitchenette is equipped with two electric burners to prepare small meals if desired. A table that sits four people. A small fridge is strategically hidden under the counter as part of the cabinet. A 20" plasma tv with satelite cable for distraction at night after a long's day journey around the city. The floor is covered with terra-cotta bricks and wooden beam ceilings to give you more of a rustic Roman  feel. If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Rome, then this is a great accommodation!
