Our 25 sqm Maximus I studio apartment is located on the First floor building with no elevator in a very quiet street with local every day Roman activity atmosphere.  You open the ancient style wooden door and immediately walk into the kitchen and living room area with two windows. A double-size bed facing one window comfortably accommodates two people and a pull-out bed for the third person. The bathroom to the right has a spacious tub, wide mirror, bidet, wc and a wash basin with gold plated knobs. It has been recently remodeled to provide a more stylish look. The kitchen's window (view to the street/entrance below) allows plenty of natural sunlight during the day. The kitchenette is equipped with two electric burners and a table that sits three people. A small fridge is strategically hidden under the counter as part of the cabinet. A 20" plasma tv with satelite cable for distraction at night after a long's day walk. The floor is covered with terra-cotta bricks and wooden beam ceilings to give you a real rustic Rome at home feel. If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Rome, then this is a great accommodation!
