The apartment has been decorated and furnished with good taste and refinement, in order to offer a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Its original structure has been kept with the wood ceiling beams are still visible for a more rustic look and feel. Once you enter Fontana I apartment, you will walk into an inviting open space of beauty and space. There are two elegant single beds that can be easily converted into a double-bed to your preference upon request (see picture), a coffee table, two mirrors and an elegant armoire. Going forward, you step into the shared spaced living room and kitchen corner equipped to prepare small meals if desired. A table sitting four people, and a sofa-bed that can be converted into a comfortable French bed. The 15” plasma television, will provide you a little distraction after a long journey through the city. The bathroom has a spacious shower, heating towels system, and storage room to place your personal belongings. The walls have been carefully painted in pastel colours with artistic designs to resemble a more antique look. The floor is covered in “cotto” (typical ancient Rome) brick. It has air conditioned for those hot summer days and the independent heating for those chilled winter nights.

Apartment Fontana I is located on the 1st floor of an ancient palace built in 1400 that has undergone several renovations throughout the centuries. The most recent taking place in May 2006. Our bright Fontana I apartment is located in the famous area of The Trevi Fountain, surrounded by many little shops, cafès, rustic restaurants, taxi stand, metro Line-A (Barberini stop) and other means of public transportation. Ideal to get around and visit most visited historic sites. The apartment provides a gorgeous view of the cobble-stones street and neighbourhood below. The windows are double glazed minimizing outside noise. The area where the apartment is located, is one of the most prominent and visited areas of the city. Walking distance to the Spanish Steps square and a few steps away from the famous Via Veneto and Piazza Barberini. Our collective Fontana I, Fontana II, Fontana III, Fontana IV  and Fontana V apartments combined are ideal to accommodate large groups or family up to 22 people.
