You will be few meters away from Via Del Corso, the most popular shopping street in Rome and less than 3 minutes walking from Piazza di Spagna ('Spanish Steps'). The area is surrounded by some of the world's famous up-scale boutiques, many restaurants, and the famous oldest espresso bar in Rome still active today called, "Caffé Greco" which is about 240 years old situated across the street on Via Condotti.
Just around the corner is Via Margutta, a small street in the center of Rome, in the old quarter of Campo Marzio, also known as "the foreigner's quarter", located near to the slopes of Mount Pincio. It is a place with many art galleries and fashionable restaurants, where before the Renaissance there were only modest craftsmen workshops and stables. In the 1950s, after the film Roman Holiday it became an exclusive road, and a residence of many famous people, like film director Federico Fellini.
A visit to the some of the most famous churches in Rome which are in this area (Santa Maria dei Miracoli, Santa Maria in Montesanto, St. Andrea delle Fratte) would turn into a memorable experience as well. The famous gardens of Villa Borghese and the terrific view from the 'Pincio' Belvedere are just up the hill.
