Are all the apartments supplied with bed linens and towels or do I have to bring my own?
Yes! Our apartments are supplied with towels, bed linens, and covers. All supplied to you.

How will I get the keys to the apartment?
There will be a representative at the apartment with the keys to "Welcome you" and explain the details of the apartment.  Time of arrival must first be provided to the agency.

Do you offer Car-Pick Up service from the Airport/Train station?
Yes! The Key to Italy has a car-pickup service available to all of our clients by request only!! This service helps you speed up the journey to start enjoying your vacation in Italy.

Are all of your apartments in a convenient location?
Yes! Our apartments are geographical located in the centre of our cities in Italy.

How does the booking process work? Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of?
Choose the apartment satisfying your travel specifications and submit an Inquiry form. All of our costs are clearly mentioned at the time of booking and voucher. No hidden costs nor surprises!

My flight/train is delayed and arrives late at night, how do I get the keys to the apartment? Is there any extra fee?
You must contact The Key to Italy agency immediately either by phone, or SMS text messaging with your name and Reservation number advising of delay and new arrival time. We make sure everyone is attended accordingly.
